Electro-indie producer Robert DeLong is kicking off his national tour at Concord Music Hall in Chicago. On Wednesday, the Washington native will take the stage with support from Morgxn and Cafe Disko. DeLong’s vocal stylings are reminiscent of Yoni Wolf and his indie trip-hop band WHY?, though his productions have much more melodic quality and electronic influence. The artist had been keeping relatively quiet since his 2015 album, In The Cards. Last year, however, the wait ended with the single, “Favorite Color is Blue” (featuring K. Flay). In October the single appeared on his electrifying new EP, See You in the Future. Robert Delong is known for his eclectic performance rig, and we’re so excited to see it in action tomorrow night.
