North Coast Music Festival (NCMF) has yet again curated an incredible Labor Day weekend filled with music, dancing, and more for the Chicagoland area. With top-tier stage design, a stacked lineup, and good vibes all around, the NCMF team never ceases to impress us.
Each year, the team behind this fest pulls together some of the best talent in the industry. This includes not only huge headliners such as Marshmello, Zeds Dead, Flume, and more but also stellar local talent and production teams.

That said, if you read our previous article highlighting some of the local artists scheduled to play the fire pit stage, you probably found yourself in that flame-filled dome at some point getting down to these heavy hitters. Takeovers by local groups What’s Good Chicago, EDM Chicago, and Ether Presents truly knocked it out of the park.
Some stand-out fire pit performances from the long list of local talent include Noetika, Able Grey, and Mooski. However, we could go on forever with that list, as every artist threw down a killer set.

Further, the fire pit stage was not the only place with the locals taking over. Sets by Aztek Devil, Zynaptic, and the debut set from Marco B2B Zach all had the headphone-wearers going wild at the Silent Disco!
Moreover, the local DJs weren’t the only talent from the area contributing to the NCMF experience. The Fire Pit stage welcomed Submersive Events and their excellent VOID Acoustics sound system back to bless the ears of festival attendees. These guys have been crushing it in the Wisconsin and Chicago area music scene lately, and North Coast is lucky to have them. Find out more about Submersive and all they do here.

Now, let’s talk about that stage design. The Vega, Stadium, and Shipyard stages were like no other this year, with lasers and LED panels galore. The North Coast team really pulled out all the stops. The Chill Dome was also even more laser-filled and vibey than ever, making it the perfect setting for that stellar INZO set.

We could go on forever about all of the wonderful things the team behind North Coast Fest does year after year, but we will let our photo album do the rest of the talking for us. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words, right?
